Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, references, and job portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements, feedback, and closures
Handle hiring for staff, plant roles, and contractual workforce
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closures within defined TAT
Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
Support in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 25 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing/textile preferred)
- Strong understanding of bulk hiring + niche hiring

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in textile / garment / manufacturing industry
