About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Business Development Executive.

This role is a combination of Customer Support, Sales, and Business Development, where you will interact with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and identify opportunities to grow business relationships.

What Youll Do

• Talk to our existing customers and help them with product installation & configuration.
• Follow up with customers, understand their experience and collect genuine feedback/reviews.
• Help us build more reviews on the Shopify App Store and other review platforms.
• Reach out to new leads and generate business for our Magento, Shopify & WordPress products/services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to existing customers.
• Follow up with prospects and customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Come up with new ideas to generate leads and grow the business.
• Use AI tools to improve your research, communication and productivity.

What Were Looking For

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident talking to customers on phone and WhatsApp.
• Graduate in any stream preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, Magento or WordPress is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and similar tools.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Someone who enjoys talking to people and generating business.

Freshers are welcome. You dont need to know everything. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, communicate well and take initiative.
