Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact city-level Subject Matter Expert who will drive strategic revenue growth across large real estate developers. This is an individual contributor role that combines domain expertise with enterprise business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development and Enterprise Hunting: Identify, prioritize, and acquire large real estate developer accounts within the city.
- Consultative and Solution Selling: Design and present integrated solutions combining content marketing programs, market intelligence, visualization tools, AI-driven automation, SaaS platforms, and CRM solutions.
- CXO-Level Engagement: Present structured business cases to senior leadership and lead commercial negotiations.
- Revenue Ownership: Own city-level revenue targets across all solution pillars.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers for account farming and relationship continuity.
