Role Overview:
The Cluster Manager - Health Agency will be responsible for establishing and expanding a robust health insurance distribution network through a team of field executives and agent advisors.

The role is critical in driving sales performance and ensuring long-term business growth across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of agent advisors through an effective field team.
- Achieve assigned business targets for both the cluster and individual units.
- Drive recruitment, activation, and retention of productive agents.
- Ensure training and performance management of the field sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, finance, and claims to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents, TPAs, and clients to ensure quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Promote a high-performance culture with clear accountability and goal alignment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in managing insurance distribution channels.
- At least 3-4 years of experience managing front-line sales teams (FLS) in Agency Business.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products and employee benefits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
