Role Overview:

The Key Accounts Manager Acquisition is responsible for expanding the organizations strategic partnerships across multiple sectors such as Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and MFIs.
The role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring sustained business growth through effective relationship management and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new business partners in BFSI, Fintech, HealthTech, and MFI sectors.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential partners and engage regularly to ensure conversions.
- Understand market competition and develop tailored propositions to differentiate offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure account retention and growth.
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations teams for seamless partner onboarding and servicing.
- Drive revenue targets by introducing new products and expansion strategies.
- Manage contract negotiations, agreements, and compliance with legal and financial processes.
- Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and business discussions at CXO levels.
- Provide insights on emerging industry trends and potential alliances.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA from a recognized institution.
- 5-12 years of experience in business development or key account management within BFSI/Insurance.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial ecosystems, Fintech trends, and partner acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic business deals.
