Job Description
- As a Workday Subject Matter Functional Expert at Magna, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support for Workday functions. Your responsibilities will include offering expertise in data uploads, testing, and troubleshooting support. You will be responsible for distinguishing system support tickets from functional-related tickets, conducting system audits, and ensuring data integrity is maintained. Your role will involve understanding existing business process flows and communicating system updates/releases to end-users.
Additionally, you will run and schedule simple custom reports, prepare system analytics to support HR programs, and collaborate with administrators to enhance system effectiveness continuously. You will assist in system testing for new configurations or changes and contribute to various projects as required.
To excel in this role, you are required to have a university degree and preferably 1-3 years of experience in Workday or other HRIS tools. Your ability to prioritize workload, manage confidential information, and understand HR operations will be essential. You should be adept at aligning technology opportunities with business priorities, demonstrating a focus on quality, and providing excellent customer service. Strong English skills are mandatory for effective communication in this position.
