• ● Good understanding of thumbnail strategy, including what makes thumbnails engaging
• and clickable.
• ● Experience in content strategy, trending topics, and competitor analysis.
• ● Understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
• ● Ability to monitor channel performance and provide data-driven recommendations for
• growth.
• ● Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• ● Relevant experience in YouTube channel management, digital marketing, or content
• growth is preferred.
