Solution Architect - Private Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver scalable, secure, and pragmatic technology architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Lead solution architecture initiatives across large and complex technology environments.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and architecture designs.
• Drive architecture practices and support Agile delivery methodologies.
• Work within regulatory, compliance, and legacy technology constraints to develop practical solutions.
• Design and oversee integration architectures using APIs, Kafka, and event-streaming technologies.
• Support business architecture and domain modelling initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, product teams, and senior leadership.
• Evaluate existing technology landscapes and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with enterprise technology standards, security requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Provide technical leadership across complex transformation and integration programs.
• Contribute to architecture governance, documentation, standards, and best practices.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong experience working with large, complex organizations.
• Strong domain knowledge across:

• 1. Private Banking
• 2. Wealth Management
• 3. Capital Markets
• 4. Trading & Settlement

• Experience with Murex, Calypso, or similar trading and settlement platforms.
• Strong experience in API architecture, Kafka, and event-streaming technologies.
• Experience with Business Architecture and domain modelling.
• Knowledge of BIAN is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, and enterprise technology environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
