About The Role
Magnits finance organization is embarked on a Finance Transformation journey to redesign critical processes and implement enterprise level tools to enable efficiency and scalability as well as homogenize and stabilize the impacts of recent acquisitions and rapid growth.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Director, Finance Transformation, you will take a lead role in driving Magnits BI strategy, following the executive Finance Transformation roadmap.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the alignment of BI solutions with business objectives by designing and automating financial reports using Sigma & Power BI, streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data visualization. This will be achieved while seeking opportunities for process improvement, enabling the finance organizations transformation as well as its continued development and evolution.
What You Will Need

• Minimum 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Leadership in project management of the processes, systems, and data needed to execute finance transformation programs.
• Experience building and maintaining BI solutions using tools such as Sigma Computing, Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with Data Cloud platforms (ideally Snowflake) -SQL, data modeling, performance optimization
