Summary/Objective
The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategies and engagement in the designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to business leaders on people related matters. The HRBP acts as an employee champion and a change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating the needs proactively and develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to business leaders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.

- Managing HR Operations of the business unit (Onboarding to Exit)
- Drive Engagement programs for the business unit
- Manage and build HR Analytics for the business units
- Drive performance management process for the business units
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Effectively monitoring the Attrition and take corrective actions to minimize the attrition for the Business Unit
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with Managers / Leads and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Works with assigned business partners to ensure the integrity of the new hire, promotion and transfer processes are followed and provides coaching as needed
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Works with business partners to identify training needs for business units. Provides coaching opportunities, as necessary.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in similar role as HRBP preferably in IT / ITeS Industry
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws, Lifecycle HR Operations, Employee Engagement.

- Excellent knowledge working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) is must
- Proficiency with Digital HR Tool
- Bachelors degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university
- PG / master’s in human resource management from an accredited university
Shift Timings 01 UK shift (03:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM)
