Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Mahabell Industries. This is a mid-level, full-time position based at our Tumakuru facility. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our product lines.
Qualifications And Skills

• Quality Control (Mandatory skill)
• Diploma/BE
• ISO documentation and Implementation (Mandatory skill)
  
• Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and the ability to implement them effectively
• Experienced in risk management practices to minimize potential quality issues
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the manufacturing industry
• Proven team leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and rectify quality concerns
• Effective communication skills to liaise between different departments and ensure clarity in quality standards
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
• Monitor and oversee all stages of the production process to guarantee adherence to company quality standards
• Conduct regular quality audits and prepare comprehensive reports detailing outcomes and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures
• Maintain ISO documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to maintain high levels of productivity and morale
• Identify training needs and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities
• Implement process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency within the manufacturing operations
