Job Description
- Mahajan & Aibara Advisers LLP is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals, both semi-qualified and experienced, to join our expanding Management Consultancy, Market & Feasibility Study, Asset Management, Valuations, and Transaction Advisory practice. Our firm specializes in delivering a variety of complex and medium complexity assignments primarily in Hospitality & Real Estate Consultancy.
As a Consultant at M&A, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the successful execution of client engagements and enhancing the firm's reputation for delivering high-quality products and services.
In Market & Feasibility Assignments, your responsibilities will include reviewing secondary sources of information, compiling and analyzing data, conducting fieldwork, analyzing primary and secondary research data, identifying issues and recommendations, and preparing financial models and presentations for client discussions.
For Transaction Advisory, you will be involved in introducing, negotiating, structuring, and documenting transactions related to hospitality and real estate assets or companies. You will provide advice and creative solutions to a diverse range of businesses and financial institutions, guide clients through major transactions and strategic decisions, assist in financial modeling, and support in financial due diligence processes.
Additionally, you will be engaged in other supporting roles such as Hotel Asset Management, negotiation of Hotel Management Contracts, assisting in various assignments, research and report preparation, establishing credibility with clients, maintaining business contacts, contributing to proposals and business development activities, promoting team effectiveness and morale, and actively participating in practice development initiatives.

This full-time and permanent position offers the benefit of working from home. The ideal candidate should have the ability to commute or relocate to Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Immediate availability to join is preferred, along with a Master's degree as the preferred education qualification, at least 1 year of total work experience, proficiency in English, and willingness to work in person at the specified location.
