Job Description


    As a Bouncer at Mahanagar Protection Force, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff at clubs, bars, and events in Kalyan Dombivli. You will be required to monitor entry and exit points, manage crowd control, verify identifications, handle disruptive individuals, and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary. Additionally, you will need to ensure adherence to establishment policies and provide excellent customer service to create a safe and welcoming environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    - Monitor entry and exit points at establishments
    - Manage crowd control effectively
    - Verify identifications of patrons

    Qualifications
    - Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience

    - Excellent physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
    - Previous experience in a security role is beneficial
