Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To ensure daily production as per the plan.To ensure zero hold up at the end of the line with timely resolution of the quality issues.Fast and effective communication with the support department for resolution of the issues. i.e. stores, maintenance, Quality and other aggregates.Monitoring and closure of all the IR related issues on the line with the coordination with concern agencies.New model, PPAP and ER implementation on tractor line with proper documentation i.e. SOP Manifest and OJT.To ensure the DWM of respective shift including all PQCDSM parameter and timely action on the issues.To achieve the targets of Akraman i.e. cost saving, OIT, CIT, QC story.Timely resolution of the issues related to Stockyard, Gate Audit, DPR, Card RPH and line stoppage.Understanding of requirements related to TS, OHSAS, TPM and AFSM to face the audits.Monitoring and reduction in consumables and stores items used on line.Timely closure of line balancing issues with IEE.Actively participation in innovation drive and to ensure maximum innovation projects from the department in A+, A and B category.Training and development of cell members in line with the requirement of the organization
"POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handling assembly line & painting by ensuring timely adherence to production plan with first-time right rollout.
- To monitor, improve, and sustain PQCDSM parameters of the department and by doing gap analysis with daily PDCA
- Good knowledge of controlled documents i.e. PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, SOP, HIRA & AI to ensure timely revision with change events.
- New model productization on line by capturing and resolving the issues during FTR and APPAP with minimum investment on existing facilities.
- Analysis of daily quality issues at various stages (in-house & field complaints) and action planning.
- To maintain good employee relations and develop the skill of the cell members in terms of multi-skilling and innovation.
- Regular interaction with Supply chain, Planning, Maintenance and Quality to deliver the Production and Quality targets.
- Ensuring effective communication with cell members to build cordial relationships.
- Ensure and maintain Health, Morale and Safety of cell members.
- Ensuring system documentation under TS16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements in the department.
- Knowledge in TPM implementation.
- Ensure active participation of all employees in several improvement projects such as OIT, CIT, Kaizens etc and contributing to revenue savings.
