Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Udaipur. The Branch Manager will manage day-to-day branch operations, oversee loan disbursement and collections, and maintain customer relationships. They will also be responsible for staff supervision, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include driving branch profitability, achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in loan disbursement, collections, and customer relationship management
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of housing finance products and regulatory compliance
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the housing finance or banking industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and drive results
