Manage end-to-end manpower handling & workforce management.

Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and welfare activities.
Manage and support industrial relations (IR) activities.
Handle customer and stakeholder management.
Manage payroll processes and customer billing timely.
Oversee vendor and contract manpower management
Support performance management and HR policy implementation

Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
56 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of IR, compliance, payroll, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
