Role Description The Collection Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Korba. The role involves managing debt and cash collection activities, including following up with customers on overdue payments through phone calls and in-person visits. The Collection Executive will maintain accurate records of collections, update systems with payment status, and coordinate with the branch and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also includes providing courteous customer service, explaining payment obligations, and assisting customers in understanding repayment options in line with company policies. The individual will work to achieve collection targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines and maintaining professional conduct in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with the ability to handle overdue accounts effectively and ethically.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly, respectfully, and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand loan products, repayment terms, and basic accounting or reconciliation processes.
• Relevant experience in collections, banking, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), or other financial services environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Korba, manage field visits, and operate within defined targets and timelines.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or collection/CRM software is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification typically at the graduate level in any discipline; commerce or finance-related degrees are an advantage.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following company policies and regulatory requirements.
