Job Description
· Submitting the business center along with the money to accounts team if required.
· Keeping updated records of the tenants calling list and emergency contact details.
· Record interactions, lost-and-found items, incidents, and feedback.
· Provide daily or weekly summaries to manager as required.
· Prepare daily report and submit weekly and monthly.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems
· Maintain up to date knowledge of the firm’s operating assets (shopping centre’s) services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations, mall layout and any on-going/upcoming promotional activities, to ensure a smooth day to day functioning of the Customer Service Info desks.

· Send reminders, updates, or notifications for upcoming events or product releases accordingly.
· Document customer feedback and identify trends or recurring issues.
· To conduct monthly survey to measure the satisfaction of the mall tenants and customers satisfaction about the service.
· Record keeping and directing leasing inquiries to the concerned person.
