Issuing formal letters (Promotion letter, termination letter, Warning letter etc)
Key Tasks:
Recruitment
o Defining job description
o Job posting (Zoho Recruit)
o Conducting 1st level interview (HO)
o Release offer letter
o Trainee details added in Zoho creator
Employee Onboarding
o Onboarding link shared with employee
o Employee added to the payroll
o Adding bonus to employees who completed training period.
o Sending Joining intimation in WhatsApp group.
o Employee salary account opening guidance
Statutory Compliance
PF
o Enroll employees in PF
o Adding PF number in Zoho payroll
o Exit Resigned employees.
o Monthly payment online.
PT
o Payment of PT on half yearly basis.
o Regional-wise PT payment monthly.
LWF
o Enrolling new staff
o Removing Resigned staff
o Monthly payment (Direct payment in office)
o Updating details in Zoho Payroll.
Insurance- Onsurity, ESI
o Adding new employee to insurance policy
o Removing resigned employees
o Monthly payment
Payroll
o Checking trainees bonus added and coordination with the accounts team.
Rewards & Recognition
o Employee of the Month
o Most Valuable Player

Training
o PIP Program
Other activities
o Issuing warning letter/ promotion letter/ Termination letter.
o Solving system error by sending email to zoho.
o PF/LWF/PT/ESI office visit for any clarification.
o Staff Grievances handling.(HR Q&A)
