Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the complete human
resources function of our fast-growing perfume retail brand. The role includes handling
recruitment, statutory compliance, employee welfare, insurance, performance programs,
and HR systems across our multiple retail outlets and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
? Hire for store-level and corporate roles including Store Executives, Managers, and HO
staff.
? Coordinate onboarding and induction with emphasis on brand training and product
knowledge.
Training & Development
? Organize sales and product training, grooming sessions, and SOP workshops.
? Schedule and track Performance Improvement Programs (PIPs) for underperforming
employees.
Statutory Compliance
? Handle PF (EPFO) operations: enroll/exit employees, file monthly ECR returns.
? Manage Professional Tax payments and return filing state-wise.
? Administer Labor Welfare Fund (LWF): enroll/exit employees, ensure monthly
payments.
Insurance Management
? Add new employees and remove exited staff from the group insurance policy.
? Validate monthly insurance invoices and coordinate for timely payment.
Performance & Employee Engagement
? Implement performance appraisal systems and regular feedback cycles.
? Lead Reward & Recognition programs: Employee of the Month, Most Valuable Player,
Consistent Performer.
? Monitor trainee bonuses and coordinate with the accounts team for disbursements.
? Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions,
and investigations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
? Ensure accurate attendance tracking and leave management.
? Share payroll inputs with the accounts team and assist in payroll issue resolution.
HR Analytics
? Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven
recommendations for improvement, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
? Working closely with retail managers to provide guidance and support on all HR-related
matters.
Policy & Compliance
? Draft and implement HR policies in line with legal requirements.
? Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, staying up-to-
date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements
? Bachelors or Masters degree in HR / Business Administration.
? 35 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
? Strong command over PF, PT, LWF, insurance handling, and other compliance aspects.
? Working knowledge of Zoho ERP is highly preferred.
? Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
? Proficiency in using HRMS tools and Excel for reporting and analytics.
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
