Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Perfume Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers in selecting the perfect fragrance. Your responsibilities will include offering personalized fragrance consultations, recommending suitable perfumes based on customer preferences, demonstrating perfume features, maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized fragrance consultations
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes accordingly
- Demonstrate and explain the features of various perfumes and ingredients
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of perfume notes, types, and current trends
- Achieve and surpass daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure cleanliness and attractive product displays at the fragrance counter
- Handle billing and assist with point-of-sale transactions
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Stay informed about new product launches and promotions
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and product replenishment
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass; a degree in retail, beauty, or hospitality is preferred
