Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategy Development:
  

Develop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

• Campaign Management:
  

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions,events.

• Customer Insights:
  

Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

• Brand Management:
  

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including in-store, online, and external communications.

• Budget Management:
  

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

• Collaboration:
  

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and store operations, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effectively executed.

• Vendor Management:
  

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to develop marketing materials, including advertisements, signage, and promotional items.

• Reporting and Analysis:
  

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

• Store Support:
  

Provide marketing support to retail locations, including the creation of store-specific promotions and merchandising strategies.

• Event Planning:
  

Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and community outreach initiatives to drive customer engagement.

• Compliance:
  

Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory
