• Engineering Management graduates from reputed institutes with 3 to 4 years of experience in product management roles for consumer-facing, technology-enabled businesses.
• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle using agile methodologies including requirement definition, prioritization, user experience design and metric tracking.
• Experience working with complex datasets using analytical tools and techniques. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SQL is expected.
• Prior experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude or Mixpanel will be an added advantage.
• Experience in travel, mobility, e-commerce or marketplace businesses.
• Exposure to ML or GenAI-powered customer experiences.
• Experience with personalization, recommendation systems or conversational interfaces.
