- Stay updated on the latest trends in CRM technology and analytical methodologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders , document them clearly, and prioritize features based on business impact and strategic objectives.
- Align stakeholders on feature scope and prioritization to ensure consensus and smooth implementation.
- Conduct beta testing and manage User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality delivery of CRM features and enhancements.
- Track and manage reported defects, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.
- Analyze customer journeys by combining quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and pain points.
- Perform customer segmentation and profiling to support targeted marketing campaigns and personalized promotions.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare, review, and publish analytical reports to support operational decisions and strategic planning.
