- Stay updated on the latest trends in CRM technology and analytical methodologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

- Track and manage reported defects, ensuring timely resolution and system stability.
- Analyze customer journeys by combining quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and pain points.
