Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking male candidates for the role of Sales Customer Relations Associate to join our retail teams across Kochi, Kozhikode, and Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a smooth retail experience.

Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
    • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide product information and guide customers in making purchases.
    • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Handle billing, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
    • Promote ongoing offers and loyalty programs.
    • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are neat.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
    • Support inventory management and stock updates.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with team members to enhance customer experience.
    • Participate in promotional setups and visual merchandising.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two; Graduation preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented.

Additional Requirements:

  • Gender Preference: Male candidates only (due to operational requirements).
  • Age Limit: 2035 years preferred.
  • Local Language Proficiency: Malayalam is essential.
