Job Description
- You will be responsible for performing general skilled labor to maintain the FEC facility and equipment, including maintenance and repairs to mechanical equipment, technical equipment, and building facilities. This will involve maintaining a continuous preventive maintenance program and providing reports as necessary.
You will need to actively attend to machine breakdowns, such as rides and games, to ensure quick resolution and maintain productivity for the guests. Additionally, you will be required to set up and take down rides, games, POS systems, and servers as needed.
Monitoring and maintaining the HVAC system, fire system, surveillance systems, and security systems will also be part of your duties. Regular custodial and general ground maintenance services at the FEC will need to be performed by you.
It will be your responsibility to keep track of proper equipment inventory and maintain records of equipment purchases, maintenance activities, and custodial supplies.
Ensuring all safety practices and procedures are followed in a public assembly facility will be crucial. You must also maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner.

Following both written and oral instructions is essential in this role. You should be able to work harmoniously and productively with your co-workers and the general public. Producing accurate, concise, and understandable reports will also be expected from you.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in electrical work. The work location will be in person.,
