Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner with 2-6 years of experience in Agile product delivery environments to own the how and when of execution. The role focuses on maximizing value by defining outcomes, ordering the backlog, aligning stakeholders, and accepting delivered work. Fast decision-making and clear prioritization are the core success drivers in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product/initiative vision, goals, and success metrics
• Own backlog ordering and manage scope trade-offs; define release priorities
• Write/validate outcomes and acceptance criteria in collaboration with BA and engineering teams
• Align stakeholders and unblock decisions quickly
• Accept/reject completed work against defined acceptance criteria and intended outcomes
• Ensure ROI/value realization and establish continuous feedback loops

Required Skills & Competencies

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Product Ownership / Product Management roles

  Strong product thinking with focus on value, outcomes, and user impact
• Experience using prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW, WSJF (basic), impact vs effort
• Excellent stakeholder alignment and business communication skills
• Sufficient technical understanding to evaluate trade-offs and risks in collaboration with engineering
