Civil Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for colony infrastructure, utilities, and equipment, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, including diagnosing problems and executing corrective measures.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
  
  to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance activities with operational goals and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of maintenance schedules, repair logs, and performance metrics.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including ordering and tracking delivery schedules.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets
