 We are looking for a highly skilled and experiencedCompany Secretarywith 78 years of expertise in secretarial practices, corporate governance, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will ensure that the organization complies with statutory and regulatory requirements while fostering strong corporate governance standards. 
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Ensure compliance with theCompanies Act, 2013,FEMA and other applicable laws.
  
• Manage allsecretarial functionsincluding drafting, reviewing, and filing of statutory documents/returns with MCA, RBI, SEBI, and other regulators.
  
• Organize and manageBoard Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparation of agendas, notices, and minutes.
  
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings as per legal requirements.
