Maintenance Planner - Mining Equipment

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities for our mining equipment to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.

What you will do: You will develop maintenance schedules, manage resources and track performance of maintenance activities.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for mining equipment.
• Manage maintenance resources, including personnel, parts, and tools.
• Track maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in maintenance planning in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of mining equipment.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
