Plant Maintenance Supervisor

What role you will play in team: Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations.

What you will do: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs.

Key responsibility:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
• Order and manage parts and supplies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in plant maintenance.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in using CMMS software.
