Role: International Marketing / International Patient Services
Location: West Region / Pune
What Youll Do:
- Develop and execute the International Marketing and Business Development strategy for assigned markets to achieve patient volume and revenue.
- Identify and develop new international markets, referral channels, healthcare facilitators, and strategic business opportunities.
- Develop and manage a strong international referral partner network to generate quality patient leads and increase admissions.
- Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential markets, referral partners, and business growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute international marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, medical tourism events, and partner engagement activities.
- Promote the hospitals clinical specialties, doctors, treatment capabilities, infrastructure, and services across identified international markets.
- Identify and implement branding and promotional initiatives to strengthen the hospitals visibility and positioning in international markets.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Marketing, Hospital Operations, Finance, and Unit teams to ensure timely and seamless handling of international patient requirements.
- Manage international patient enquiries and coordinate the patient journey from initial enquiry and consultation through admission, treatment, discharge, and follow-up.
- Coordinate and resolve international patient escalations and service-related concerns in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Track and monitor international patient leads, enquiries, conversions, admissions, referral sources, patient volumes, and revenue.
- Evaluate the performance of international referral partners and develop initiatives to improve partner engagement, lead quality, and business contribution.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree with an MBA in Marketing / PG in Marketing.
- 10–15 years of experience in International Marketing and Business Development, preferably in healthcare, with strong exposure to international patient acquisition, medical tourism, referral networks, and international business partnerships.
