Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager based in Chennai. The Agency Manager will lead and develop a team of insurance agents to meet sales targets, drive business growth, and achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting and training agents, monitoring their performance, supporting field visits to clients, and devising strategies for achieving target sales. The role will emphasize building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, agents, and stakeholders for the seamless delivery of insurance solutions.

• Proven experience in team management, including recruiting, training, and mentoring
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in using industry-relevant software and tools
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in health insurance or a similar industry is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven and customer-focused environment
