Assistant Manager-Taxation

About the Role

Ensure payment of GST dues and timely filing of returns on monthly and yearly basis, support in data preparation and submit replies in response to GST notices on need basis, coordinate with tax consultant and various business partners to resolve their requirements and support senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary entries during Month closing to ensure end to end compliance and accounting related to GST.
• Prepare and submit various GST returns (i.e. GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & ISD) and ensure its accurate and timely filing.
• 
  Prepare and submit 2B recon for review and circulate on timely basis.
• Resolving queries related to GST returns and Portal demand.
• Provide necessary data and working on timely basis during Half year and annual Stat audit to senior members.
• Prepare and support seniors to complete GST Annual Audit (GSTR 9) on timely basis.
• Coordinate and revert on timely basis of various requirements of the business partners/customers related to GST.
• Prepare and support senior members in submission of working and database to the consultant for various notices.

Qualifications

• Inter CA / MBA / MCOM with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Required Skills

• Candidate having experience in handling GST Returns, GST Audit, reply on various Notices and Assessments pertaining to GST.
• Good in MS Office.
