Role Description

The Branch Manager at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd. is a full-time, on-site role located in Erode. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage and develop the sales team, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for training and motivating staff, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic plans to enhance branch performance.
