Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Sangli. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the branch, leading and managing a team to achieve business goals, and building strong client and partner relationships. Responsibilities include executing business strategy, meeting sales targets, managing budgeting and performance goals, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards. Additionally, the role involves training the team and optimizing operational efficiency to enhance service quality.
Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team
  • Strong Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management capabilities
  • Effective Communication, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving skills

  • Knowledge of Health Insurance products and industry practices
  • Proficiency in administrative and budgeting tasks with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Experience in building and managing partnerships or agency collaborations
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence in a managerial role
