About the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate will work extensively on financial data using BI tools to derive strategic insights, build predictive financial models, and support data-driven decision-making. This role demands strong data mining, modeling, and visualization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

Design and maintain robust Excel-based financial models and re-engineer them to suit evolving business needs.

Continuously update and refine business plans and forecasts

Drive data mining initiatives to uncover trends, patterns, and outliers in financial performance.

Partner with business teams to identify key financial drivers and provide strategic recommendations.

Prepare accurate and timely reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.

Assist in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term forecasting process.

Support channel/partner P&L preparation and financial benchmarking.

Ensure alignment with market benchmarks for budgeting, resource allocation, and spend management.

Qualification :

A qualified graduate or MBA in Finance/Technology/Data Mining/Data Analysis

Knowledge / Experience / Skills :

1. 25 years of experience in a financial analytics or FP&A role.

2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

3. Experience in the BFSI sector preferred.

4. Strong understanding of data analytics, forecasting, and business strategy.

5. Ability to simplify complex data into business-friendly insights and recommendations.
