Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agency Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Galsi-I. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agency partners to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the companys objectives and to maintain strong client relationships.

• Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent, with relevant work experience in sales, insurance, or team management roles.
