Customer Relationship Specialist

Sales and Customer Acquisition

• Achieve sales targets through onboarding new customers and maximizing sales revenue.
• Prepare the market report, generate list of potential new customers and conduct cold calls.

Sales Support and Documentation

• Update sales calls and leads in the sales module regularly
• Prepare and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for the region and for pre & post-shipping, obtain approval from the Sales Manager for smooth business transitions.
• Submit daily Management Information System (MIS) reports to CRM Sales.

• Maintain a daily enquiry log with accurate and detailed feedback.
• Develop strong business relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Handle customer service responsibilities and escalations to Sales Manager /BM as needed

Marketing and Collaboration

• Develop marketing materials and sales presentations to support sales and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and fulfilment of customer requests.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate and document video conference calls for the sales team.
• Prepare minutes of sales meetings accurately
• Preparation of exhibition list and related work
