Role Description The Sr. Manager – Accounts (CA-FICO) will oversee the end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and SAP FICO-related activities for the companys operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur involves managing general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, and monthly/annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policies. The role includes supervising the finance and accounts team, reviewing reconciliations, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The Sr. Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial processes, implement and maintain SAP FICO configurations, and support audits and regulatory filings. The position requires a hands-on approach to process improvements, risk mitigation, and timely, accurate financial decision support to leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong accounting and financial management skills, including general ledger, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
• Candidates should possess SAP FICO skills and experience in ERP-based finance processes, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Candidates should possess skills in internal controls, compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit coordination.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required; additional certifications in finance, SAP, or related areas are an advantage.
