Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive KYC Operations
Location: Gurgaon

We are hiring for a KYC Operations profile responsible for KYC renewal, PAN validation, data scrubbing, deduplication, compliance MIS, and high-risk reporting. The role requires strong analytical ability and data handling expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- KYC renewal & PAN validation
- Data scrubbing & deduplication within TAT
- Daily reconciliation (V+ vs Card system)
- High-risk case reporting to compliance
- Refusal & wrong action audit publishing
- Automation initiatives using Excel tools
Mandatory Skills:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis)
- Power BI (Dashboard creation, Data visualization, Reporting)
- Strong understanding of KYC & regulatory compliance
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Full time/ Regular)
- Immediate joiners preferred
