Role Description The Assistant Manager (Creative Agency) will support end-to-end management of branding and creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution for clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, working closely with creative, design, and account management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, briefing designers and copywriters, contributing to creative strategy, and maintaining consistent brand standards across campaigns. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand business objectives, presenting creative concepts, and tracking performance of campaigns across channels. The Assistant Manager will also help streamline workflows, manage resources, and support the development of new ideas in design, social media, film, and digital initiatives.

• Candidates should possess strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills, with the ability to guide and refine concepts across multiple campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Branding expertise, including experience building and managing brand identities and positioning in diverse industries.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess working proficiency in Graphic Design or the ability to collaborate closely with design teams, understanding design principles and visual storytelling.
• Relevant experience in a creative agency or marketing environment, preferably in branding, advertising, or digital media.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, design, communications, media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and emerging trends in tech and AI for creative applications is an advantage.
