Job Title : Pre- Sales Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong background in biometric solutions to support our sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements, delivering compelling solution presentations and ensuring successful deal closures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored biometric solutions.

- Lead client discussions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Design and propose end-to-end biometric solutions (Fingerprint, Face Recognition, Iris, Access Control, Attendance Systems).
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution architecture documents.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations for clients.
- Work with internal product/engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Provide cost estimation, solution sizing, and feasibility analysis.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging biometric technologies. Support post-sales teams during solution handover and implementation
Qualification and Experience
- Experience with system integration projects.
- Knowledge of networking basics, APIs, and cloud-based deployments. Exposure to industries like Banking, Government, Smart Cities, or Enterprise Security
- 6+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting, preferably in the Biometrics or Security Solutions domain.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with biometric companies (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of: Biometric technologies (Fingerprint, Face Recognition, Iris)
- Access Control Systems & Time Attendance Solutions
- IoT-based security systems
- Experience in handling enterprise clients, government tenders, and large-scale deployments.
- Excellent skills in: Solution presentation & storytelling
- Client communication & stakeholder management
- Proposal writing & documentation
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
