Role Overview:
As the VP-Sales, based in Ahmedabad, you will spearhead the sales strategy and execution for our biometric and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across the Indian market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our market position. This role involves working closely with a team of sales professionals, account managers, and technical experts to deliver tailored solutions to clients across various industries. Your efforts will directly impact the security and efficiency of our clients' operations, ensuring seamless access control and enhanced data protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, government, and BFSI sectors
- Manage key accounts and build strong client relationships
- Handle tendering / RFP processes (especially for government projects)
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and system integrators
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution proposals to clients
- Collaborate with technical, product, and support teams for solution selling
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Required Skillset:

- Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales
Hands-on exposure to:
1. Biometric devices (Fingerprint / Iris / Face Recognition)
2. Access control systems / RFID / Smart cards
3. Identity & authentication solutions
- Experience in government or enterprise sales (preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle solution-based selling (hardware + software)
- Experience in channel / partner management
