Role Overview 

As a Business Development Executive at MantraCare, youll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding our corporate partnerships. Key Responsibilities 

∙ Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients in target markets. 

∙ Pitch MantraCares EAP and wellness solutions to HR and business leaders. 

∙ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 

∙ Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. 

∙ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client engagement. 

∙ Track and report performance metrics using CRM and outreach tools. 

Desired Candidate Profile 

∙ Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. 

∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

∙ Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mind-set. 

∙ Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. 

∙ Strong interest in HR tech, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness. 

∙ Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility and ownership.
