Senior US Accountant

Expereince 3+ years

Working Days: 5 Days

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US Accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage journal entries, AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Manage the General Ledger and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with US clients through email and calls.
• Review work and guide junior team members.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on US Accounting experience.
• Mandatory experience with M3 ERP.
• Good working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle.
• Experience with reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.
• Good English communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with US clients or US accounting firms.
• Able to independently manage accounting engagements.
• Good attention to detail and ownership.
• Comfortable working in the US shift.
