Job Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Project Sales Specialist to drive sales for large-scale projects.
- The role involves managing the complete project sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity identification, stakeholder management, negotiations, and deal closure.
- The candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.

- Develop and execute project-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions for clients.

- Lead negotiations and close business opportunities while building long-term customer relationships.

- Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely product delivery.

- Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support.

- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and customer requirements.

- Share regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, market trends, and forecasts.

- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare project forecasts and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Sales.

- Prior experience in industries such as TMT, Cement, Paints, Building Materials, or related sectors preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling complex B2B/project sales cycles.

- Strong understanding of project management and contract negotiation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
