Supervisor - Civil And Finishing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil and finishing works on site, ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, coordination among teams, and strict compliance with safety and drawings.

Role & responsibilities

1. Civil Works Supervision

• Monitor and supervise all civil activities including masonry, RCC support works, plastering, waterproofing, blockwork, and other structural tasks.
• Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Check line, level, plumb, and overall workmanship.

2. Finishing Works Supervision

• Oversee execution of finishing activities such as flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, fabrication, and sanitary/CP fittings.
• Inspect and approve finishing works to ensure high-quality detailing.
• Coordinate snag lists and ensure timely rectification.

3. Planning, Quality & Safety

• Track daily progress, manage labour, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain basic site documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of civil execution and finishing works.
• Ability to interpret drawings (civil + interior + architectural).
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards, sequencing, and site safety.
