Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Intern will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates using various platforms and tools
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Support in negotiating job offers and closing candidates
• Help maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics
• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
• Collaborate with the team on special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts
