Job Description

    Role Overview:
    Marcus Evans, a global leader in business intelligence and events, is looking for an Intern in Learning & Talent to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of talent development and acquisition. This role is based in Hyderabad and provides exposure to critical areas of People development within a global organization.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Assist in identifying training needs and preparing learning materials.
    - Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions and onboarding activities.
    - Help collect feedback and maintain records to track training effectiveness and compliance.
    - Work with stakeholders to schedule sessions and ensure smooth training operations.
    - Provide logistical and administrative support for training programs and resources.
    - Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
    - Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
    - Work alongside the Learning & Quality and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes.
    Qualifications:
    - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
    - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

    - Strong skills with attention to detail.
    - Creative and adaptable mindset with strong business intuition.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    - Eagerness to explore and adapt to new tools and technologies. Familiarity with MS Office or Canva.,
